Free delivery across India on orders of ₹2,500 and above

Orders are placed through the cart on this website. Submitting the checkout form sends us an order request. The contract is concluded only when we confirm the order by telephone or WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example when a glaze is out of stock, and we will tell you the reason.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The amount payable is the one calculated by our server from its own price list when the order is submitted, whatever a stored page may show. Shipping is ₹180 per order and free for orders of ₹2,500 or more.
Payment is made by UPI or card through a link sent after confirmation, or in cash on delivery for orders up to ₹6,000. This website does not collect card or bank details.
Goods are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation and usually arrive in 3 to 7 days within India, or 1 to 2 days within Surat. Orders may also be collected from our address by appointment.
Every piece is made by hand. Small differences in shade and shape between pieces and between firings are part of the product and are not a defect.
Damage in transit must be reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery; we then replace the piece free of charge or refund it. Unused goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Refunds are made within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the return.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is Kunal Mistry, buy@robuxez.icu. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
We do not make pieces with names, text, logos or gold rims, and such requests are not accepted as orders. Business orders start at 60 pieces and are quoted by email; these terms apply to them unless the quote says otherwise.
You may cancel free of charge until the parcel is handed to the courier; tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full within 5 to 7 working days. Once dispatched, the return rules in section 6 apply.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without limiting your right to approach a consumer commission.
