Mistry Ceramics, A-28, Shaligram Society, Gorat, Adajan Patiya, Surat, Gujarat 395009, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through robuxez.icu under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Checkout form: name, mobile number, email, delivery address, city, PIN code, payment choice and an optional note. Question form: name, email and the question. Breakage form: name, mobile number, an optional order reference, a description and up to three photos. The cart stays in your browser and reaches us only as product codes and quantities attached to an order.
We use this data only to confirm, deliver and support an order, to answer a question or to settle a claim. We send no newsletters and never sell or rent personal data.
Form data is emailed to buy@robuxez.icu through our hosting provider. Claim photos are kept in a closed server folder that cannot be opened from the internet. Name, address and phone number are given to the courier that delivers your parcel.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Questions are deleted after 12 months, claim photos 90 days after the claim is closed. The daily form limit keeps only a one-way hash of your IP address.
We follow reasonable security practices under section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000: HTTPS, a closed upload folder and a mailbox only two people can open.
Under the DPDP Act you may ask for a summary of your data, its correction, completion or erasure, and nominate another person to act for you. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing done before. Write to buy@robuxez.icu.
Your cart, your cookie choice and the hidden delivery notice are kept in your browser's local storage. Google Fonts and Google Maps load only with your consent, as described in the cookie policy.
The courier gets only what it needs to deliver: name, address, PIN code and mobile number. Payment links are handled by the payment provider on its own page, so card and UPI details never pass through this website or our mailbox. To withdraw consent or ask for deletion, write to buy@robuxez.icu from the email you used; we act on it within 7 working days, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Our grievance officer is Kunal Mistry, buy@robuxez.icu, who replies within 48 hours. If the answer does not resolve your concern, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
